According to this website you just melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of shortening, dip the blueberries inside and keep them in a container in the fridge. I think the secret to the ones I'm tasting right now (the ones from the image) is that the chocolate has some liquor flavor to it. That's what is says in the ingredients.
