Don't be a fool. Sunday, June 20, 2010 Me and my obsession with maturity. You know what's mature? Understanding that you can't have control over everything. Crushes are simply part of life. You should pride yourself in the things you like, not be ashamed of them. I'm proud I like you. What the hell am I saying? Of course I'm not proud. That's what I'd like to believe. But maybe that's the goal I should set for myself from now on. Rather than seeing myself as a baby for having a crush on a stranger, rather than fighting it like it's the only chance I have at saving my last shred of dignity, I should try to see that it's one of those things you just don't have control over.
